Description

This is a reductive, aromatic style with earthy minerality and dark fruit, showing blackcurrants, freshly ground black pepper and violets. Very vibrant on both the nose and palate. Medium-bodied, this has ripe tannins with refreshing, lifted acidity and a supple finish reminiscent of bright blueberries and black olives. From organically and biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
