Cabernet Sauvignon takes on a fresher, more refined character in the cool Carneros climate, where long growing seasons allow the fruit to ripen slowly while retaining balance and lift. Sourced from sustainably farmed estate vineyards, this is a polished Californian red that combines ripe fruit with freshness and classic structure. Taste Aromas of boysenberry, cassis and raspberry are layered with cedar, vanilla and a touch of violet. The palate is rich yet poised, offering black cherry, redcurrant and berry compote framed by fine tannins, fresh acidity and well judged oak, leading to a long finish with notes of spice and dark fruit.
