Randall Grahm & apos;s "Rhone Ranger" instincts are on full display here, taking inspiration from the northern Rhône to craft a wine that balances dark fruit, spice and savoury complexity with real energy and poise. Careful use of whole clusters and restrained oak help preserve the grape & apos;s natural perfume and vibrant character. Taste Deeply scented with blackberry, damson and black cherry fruit alongside cracked pepper, violets, smoked herbs and olive tapenade. The palate is supple yet structured, with fine tannins, bright acidity and a savoury, gently smoky finish that lingers beautifully.
