Graševina - known as Welschriesling in Austria - is Croatia & apos;s most widely planted white grape, and in the right hands it & apos;s far more than a workhorse variety. Enosophia & apos;s DIKA range comes from a historic Slavonian estate with roots dating to 1804, farmed on the slopes of Krndija Mountain where continental conditions and forest influence preserve freshness and aromatic lift. The result is a wine of genuine purity and balance - made for the table, priced for everyday drinking. Taste Pale straw with a green tinge. Crisp and aromatic on the nose, with white blossom, green apple, and a hint of citrus zest. The palate is light-bodied and refreshing, with clean acidity, subtle stone fruit, and a dry, mineral finish. About the Producer Enosophia is a historic Slavonian estate, with roots dating back to 1804, now run by winemaker Martin Kovačević and vineyard manager Lucija Kovačević.
