We will match the final sale price of identical items, in new condition, at any online retailer operating and delivering within the United Kingdom. We'll even refund you the difference if you find any items cheaper elsewhere before your furniture has been delivered. You can rest assured that you're getting the best price at Furniture Warehouse. Delivery Information We'll be with you in no time... We want to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Below you'll find all the details you need about our delivery process, including timelines, shipping methods, and any additional information to help make your experience smooth and hassle-free. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch! Delivery Charges Small Item Delivery - £9.99 This service is only available on online orders and what constitutes a small item will be at our discretion. Some examples include Bedside Tables and Lamp Tables. If two small items are ordered, the charge will be doubled. Standard Delivery - £39.99 This includes items being taken to the room/s of your choosing. Items aren't unboxed and packaging isn't removed. This charge covers the entire order, regardless of how many items are on the order. Only when Sofas are ordered, the standard delivery service will include unboxing, assembly (if applicable) and packaging removal. More Details: 1-Man / Small Item / Quick Service Smaller items like Bedside Tables, Lamp Tables and Coffee Tables are usually delivered on a 1-Man service. Where possible we'll endeavour to send the order out the same day but depending on the time of day the order is placed, it may be the following day. After the point of dispatch, the delivery company will contact you to advise when the item is likely to be delivered and this should be within 3 working days from the point of purchase provided the item is in-stock. The courier will allow you the flexibility to customise your delivery date once the item/s are in their possession. More Details: 2-Man Services Large items and multi-item orders will be delivered on our 2-Man service, as they're too large to be sent on a Next Day service which has restrictions around size and weight. Your order will be delivered by our expert delivery team, who are experienced in dealing with heavy and bulky items. In most cases delivery will take place within 3-13 days of an order being placed provided the item/s ordered are in-stock. Information relating to the exact date and time-slot for delivery will be provided by the delivery team directly once they are in possession of the furniture. Returns Information Returns and Cancellation Policy Whether your situation has changed or you've encountered an issue with an item you've received, don’t worry—we’re here to help. We take every precaution to ensure your furniture arrives in perfect condition, and we’re proud of our low defect rate. However, if your item arrives damaged, there’s no need to stress—we’ll arrange to collect any faulty products. We understand how frustrating it can be when a product arrives damaged, especially when you were excited to use it. If you need to return something, here’s how you can do it. Cancellations Pre-Delivery Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change or preferences shift. Whatever the reason, you can cancel your online order at any time before delivery and receive a full refund with no questions asked. ## Explore More ### Agent sitemap - URL: https://refermate.com/sitemap.md - Description: Root discovery index for public Refermate pages. ### Store sitemap - URL: https://refermate.com/stores/sitemap.md - Description: Paginated index of markdown-friendly store pages. ### The Furniture Warehouse UK products - URL: https://refermate.com/store/the-furniture-warehouse-uk/products - Description: Browse more products from the same store. ### The Furniture Warehouse UK promo codes - URL: https://refermate.com/store/the-furniture-warehouse-uk/promo-codes - Description: Browse coupon codes, deals, and cashback for the same store.
