## Description

The Rolex Day-Date 40 228398TBR pairs Rolex’s flagship dress-watch silhouette with an elevated high-jewelry expression, combining a 40 mm yellow gold case with a champagne diamond-baguette dial and a matching diamond-baguette bezel — giving it rare visual presence while preserving the Day-Date’s timeless form. The rich champagne backdrop enhances the sparkle of the carefully arranged diamonds, creating a warm, refined contrast against the yellow gold that feels both luxurious and wearable. The baguette diamonds on the dial serve as hour markers and reinforce a structured, architectural look without overwhelming clarity, while the bezel’s matching stones maintain a cohesive, high-jewelry expression. Fitted to the classic President bracelet in solid yellow gold, the reference delivers a seamless aesthetic from case to wrist. With its blend of premium materials, balanced proportions, and premium gem-set design, the 228398TBR appeals to collectors seeking a modern Day-Date that feels unmistakably distinctive yet rooted in Rolex’s emblematic luxury-dress identity.
