How To Use BROWS: Wipe off excess product on the Brow Freeze Gel applicator before applying, only a small amount is needed. Start with the long bristle side to comb and separate hairs. Next, use the short bristle side to shape and sculpt. For a laminated-effect, use the flat side in a pressing motion to lay brow hairs down flat.
