Hand-Drawn Custom Graphite Pet Portraits A custom hand-drawn graphite portrait is a timeless way to celebrate the love & bond you share with your pet. Each portrait is personally hand-drawn by me in my Philadelphia studio from your submitted photographnever printed or AI-generated. Using professional graphite pencils, I carefully capture the unique personality, expression, & little details that make your pet so special, creating a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork you'll treasure for years to come. Whether you're honoring a beloved companion, creating a memorial to cherish their memory, or searching for a meaningful gift for the animal lover in your life, each portrait is created to become a lasting keepsake for generations. I create realistic hand-drawn portraits of dogs, cats, horses, rabbits, birds, reptiles, & many other beloved companions. My goal is to capture not only your pet's likeness but also the quiet beauty & emotion that make them uniquely yours. I'm Alexis Grant, a graduate of the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts (PAFA), & I've specialized in creating custom pet portraits since 2011. Every portrait is individually hand-drawn in my Philadelphia studio & receives my full attention from start to finish. Before your portrait is sealed, I'll send photographs of the completed artwork through Etsy Messages for your approval. Minor adjustments are always welcome before I apply the final protective finish. Every drawing is thoughtfully created by hand, carefully packaged, & prepared to become a cherished heirloom. How to Order: You are welcome to upload your photo before or after placing your orderwhatever is easiest for you. The photo upload field in this listing is completely optional. If you choose not to upload a photo at checkout, I'll personally reach out through Etsy Messages after your order is placed to introduce myself, confirm your order details, & help you upload your reference photo. If you'd like help choosing the best reference photo before ordering, please feel free to message me anytime through the Message Seller button. I generally prefer to work from one clear reference photo to achieve the most accurate likeness of your pet. Additional photos are always welcome for color or detail reference, but combining multiple photographs into one portrait can sometimes reduce likeness due to differences in lighting, camera angles, & perspective. Your finished portrait will be created from the single reference image we choose together. If your photo appears blurry when enlarged, the final drawing may naturally appear softer & contain less detail. For the best reference photo Take your photo outdoors in natural daylight. Avoid harsh direct sunlight & heavy shadows. Photograph your pet at eye level whenever possible. Choose a photo where your pet's eyes are sharp & in focus.
