## Description

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: "This is my go-to shell when conditions get gnarly. The GORE-TEX keeps me totally dry, and the targeted VerticalX Octa insulation adds just enough warmth without overheating. It’s perfect for stormy touring days and layering over a midlayer on colder hikes." When storm clouds roll in, we trust the Outdoor Research Grandridge GORE-TEX Jacket to keep us dry, warm, and fully dialed. This storm-ready outer layer is built with bluesign®-approved GORE-TEX 2L ePe fabric that delivers reliable waterproof and windproof performance, while staying breathable for high-output pursuits. Whether we're skinning through a blizzard or hiking into whipping wind, the Grandridge has us covered. What sets this jacket apart is its thoughtful design—like VerticalX™ Octa insulation precisely placed at the core for lightweight warmth where it matters most. The fully seam-sealed build, helmet-compatible hood with wire brim, and YKK® AquaGuard® zippers fend off moisture and wind in serious weather. With pit zips for quick venting, a soft tricot-lined chin guard, and a tailored fit designed for layering, the Grandridge is made for the kind of days we don’t cancel.
