## Description

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I took the Tigard 107 out on a long tour and was stoked with how well it climbed and how confidently it skied on the way down. The paulownia-poplar core keeps it light for skinning, while the carbon laminates make it stiff enough to handle speed and variable snow. It’s a ski that saves energy on the uphill but still rips on the downhill."Who It’s ForBackcountry-Focused Skiers Who Want Freeride Performance:Ideal for advanced skiers who split their time between big tours and steep, powder-filled descents. Great for those who want a lighter touring setup that doesn’t compromise downhill power. What It’s ForBackcountry Freeride and Powder Touring:With a 107mm waist and rocker/camber/rocker profile, the Tigard 107 is built for untracked lines, powder fields, and technical terrain. A medium-radius sidecut provides a balance of control in steeps and playful smears in soft snow. Why We Like ItLight on the Uphill, Stable on the Downhill:We like the Tigard 107 because it makes no compromises between climbing and charging. The paulownia/poplar core keeps weight low for skintrack efficiency, while carbon stringers and full sidewalls ensure stiffness and edge hold when skiing aggressively.
