## Description

What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I’ve used the Green Jacket on multi-day raft trips and rescue trainings—it’s my go-to for big water. The fit stays put no matter what, and I always know my gear is secure and within reach. Nothing beats the confidence this PFD gives me."From high-volume rivers to remote canyon runs, the Green Jacket from Astral has become the standard for serious paddlers and rescue professionals. Purpose-built for whitewater and swiftwater rescue, this Type V life jacket offers an unmatched balance of comfort, mobility, and safety features, allowing us to paddle hard, stay focused, and respond fast in emergencies. Foam Tectonics™ allow the Green Jacket to move with our torso instead of against it, while the pullover design and Torso Fit Adjustment™ keep it snug and secure in the roughest conditions. With reinforced shoulders rated to 1,100 pounds, a quick-release harness, rope-ready storage, and Web-Toe™ integration, this vest proves its worth in real-world rescue scenarios. The Clamshell Pocket™ gives us organized access to essentials, and the FloTechtion™ back panel protects our ribs during impacts. Built with Gaia® and PE foam, Cordura® shell, and stainless hardware, the Green Jacket is engineered for guides, paddlers, and river pros who won’t compromise on safety.
