The Tormek T-4 Original is a compact quality machine that's perfect for home & hobby use, or professionals with limited space. Knives, scissors, lawnmower blades & chisels. Most edge tools you can think of can be made sharper than when they were new with Tormek's comprehensive jig system. The universal support provides precise repeatability, & you achieve razor sharpness with the leather honing wheel. KJ-45: With Tormek's patented KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig, you'll get symmetrical bevels with the same angle on both sides of the knife, regardless of the thickness or geometry of the blade. Whether you're sharpening a regular kitchen knife or a thicker, tapered hunting knife, you'll get the same results on both bevels of the knife without needing to reset the jig. The KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig fits most types of knives: household knives, chef's knives, craft knives & knives for hunting & fishing. It also works for the woodcarver's straight drawknives & the gardener's pruning shears. KJ-140: This well-balanced, patented jig provides extra stability when sharpening knives with long, flexible blades such as filleting knives. With the KJ-140 Wide Centering Knife Jig, you achieve symmetrical sharpening with the same angle on both sides of the blade. Regardless of the thickness & geometry of the blade, it will self-center in the jig, giving you the same result on both bevels. The longer clamp stabilizes flexible knife blades to prevent them from flexing, so that you get the same angle & pressure over the entire bevel. SVM-00: The SVM-00 Small Knife Holder allows you to sharpen even the smallest blades, those too small to sharpen using just the KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig. It's perfect for whittlers & woodcarvers who uses smaller bladed knives that needs maximum sharpness!
